How does it work?
Capsule Pharmacy takes care of everything for you from start to finish. We order your prescriptions directly from your GP, prepare your medication safely in our pharmacy, and deliver it straight to your door. Depending on your needs, your medicines can be supplied in easy-to-tear pouches, weekly dosette boxes, or in their original packaging.
Our pharmacy team checks every order using advanced verification systems to make sure you always receive the correct medication at the right time. Once set up, your repeats are managed automatically, so you never have to worry about ordering your prescriptions again.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Capsule Pharmacy service at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Simply contact our team before your next prescription is due, and we’ll update your records right away. You’ll continue to receive any medicines already prepared or in progress, and future deliveries will be stopped as requested.
I have fridge items, is that ok?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Fridge or temperature-sensitive items are kept separate from your pouches/dosette boxes and stored safely in line with cold chain requirements. These medicines will be supplied in their original packaging and clearly labelled, while your other medication is organised into pouches. Our team makes sure all your medicines, including fridge items, are dispensed and delivered safely.
Is it a clinically approved service?
Yes, Capsule Pharmacy is a fully regulated and clinically approved pharmacy service. All medicines are dispensed by qualified pharmacists in registered UK pharmacies under the supervision of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Our processes follow strict NHS and clinical governance standards, ensuring every prescription is reviewed, checked, and supplied safely.
